Cons: Dude simply cannot teach he is a nice guy with sweet hair but fails as an instructor. Have fun teaching yourself about stars and galaxies. Also he often skims over equations in class but provides no examples or further explanation. Beware half of the test include the equations

Pros: He curves tests a lot
Cons: He basically just says what is in the textbook in a much more complicated way. You have to basically teach yourself the class. He refuses to use email or any type of technology and therefore stands in front of the class and just lectures all class, every class.

The teacher is virtually impossible to understand. The only way to receive a good grade is luck.

He has a wicked combover. Tends to mumble and tell seemingly unnecessary stories, which will be on the exam. If you read the book, you don't have to go to class except to find out when the exams are.

DO NOT TAKE A CLASS WITH PROFESSOR SASLAW! Nice guy, but it's difficult to pay attention in his class or learn anything from it without reading from the book.
