Cons: Lecture kind of boring
Interesting Material
Cons: Lecture was sometimes boring but is not necessary
Professor Gerrans is a very smart man and is a wonderful teacher. It is sad he will be gone next year as he did such a great job.
Cons: The class is hard in nature, Fast pace and quizzes count for 60% of your grade
Professor Gerrans is the professor to have for Intro Chem at UVa. Compared to the other professors, his quizzes are easier, less nit-picky and focus on material you really need to know. He is a very funny man and always cracks jokes in class. If you are taking Chemistry, it better be with Gerrans.
Cons: The class is too early
Cons: Subject material can get dull
Cons: its competitive and popular. hard to get in
Cons: speaks in a south african accent
Sometimes he spends too much time on details, but he's a good prof
